CheckMate Quick Start Implementation
In order to assist a new CheckMate User get up and running smoothly, we recommend 2 hours of installation and training. During these 2 hours our consultant will assist with the system install and set-up, how to use the software, and the best process to use within your company’s environment. The 2 hours are typically broken up into segments, allowing the user time to implement suggestions and refine the steps in his process.
There are multiple steps to a successful SIMBA system installation and implementation. The Dynamic Systems’ team work closely with the operations team for each installation. Each SIMBA System can be uniquely configured to fit into an existing process or establish new processes. Implementation steps include discovery conference calls to determine the specifics of system set-up (definition of products, label formats, etc.), the identification of a specific point of contact for implementation and a final on-line demonstration prior to installation and training. We have found that approximately 20 hours spread over a 6-8 week implementation time to get fully trained and integrated into processes is the most effective. We strive to meet short-term installation goals whenever possible.
